What parts do you carry in inventory?

We carry a wide range of Siemens parts in our inventory, with a strong emphasis on Siemens MRI coils and high-end electronics such as Digital RF Transmitters, RF amplifiers, and gradient amplifiers. Every part we have in stock is accessible via our search tool. If it show up there, it can ship today.

What warranty do you offer?

Most of our parts are covered by a 90-day warranty. We will replace your item if we have another in stock, or refund your purchase in full upon receipt of the original item in good condition. Some parts are covered by a pro-rated warranty, and refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis. We will always declare non-standard warranties on the quote and the invoice.

Where do you source your parts?

We have solid relationships with suppliers from all over the world through connections made by our founder, Clark Wilkins, who has been in the MRI industry for almost 40 years. We buy parts from people we trust, with a willingness to pay a fair price, and the ability to move quickly in response to the needs of our clients.

What is your reseller policy?

We do business with most of the major US resellers, as well as partners in Europe and Asia. We are happy to operate anonymously on your behalf, and will not disclose your information to any third party. We also pledge to never attempt to initiate direct contact with your clients. This is a central part of the reason why many of the largest resellers in the business trust us as a supplier.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not track your activity anywhere on this site other than standard Google Analytics to help us understand how people use it. We never ask for personal information to check our stock, and when you become a client, we will only track basic information needed to process your order and payment. We will never share your information with anyone. Confidentiality is core to our business model.
